By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Exchanges Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access or use our Services.

In these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. "Agent" has the meaning given in Section 14.1. "Feedback" has the meaning given in Section 11.1. "Force Majeure Event" has the meaning given in Section 5.2. "Services" means the website, online store, and all related content, features, products, and services operated by Inanna, as described in the Overview above. "Website" means the Inanna website through which the Services are provided, hosted on the Shopify platform.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

1.1 By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a minor for whom you are legally responsible, you represent that you have all necessary authority to do so and accept these Terms of Service on behalf of that minor.

1.2 To access certain features of our Services, including making a purchase or creating an account, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, billing and delivery address, and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will promptly update it as necessary.

1.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal with your account to or with any third party without our prior written consent.

1.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms of Service or that your account has been compromised.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

2.1 We take great care to represent our products accurately on our Website. However, the appearance of products on screen — including colour, texture, and finish — may vary depending on your device, display settings, and screen calibration. Inanna does not warrant that the visual representation of any product on our Website is a perfect reproduction of the physical item.

2.2 All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit available quantities at any time and in any geographic region or jurisdiction, without prior notice.

2.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and free from error. Where a product is misdescribed, your rights in relation to such products are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and are subject to all applicable statutory rights.

2.4 Where a physical product sample or photograph is not yet available, we may use artificial intelligence tools to generate illustrative images for the purposes of representing a product on our Website ("AI-Generated Images"). While we endeavour to ensure that AI-Generated Images are as faithful as possible to the relevant physical product, they are illustrative approximations only and may not accurately reflect every detail of the actual product, including (without limitation) exact colour, texture, finish, stitching, embellishment, proportion, or material composition. Accordingly, AI-Generated Images do not constitute a representation or warranty as to the precise appearance of the physical product. Where a product image on our Website is AI-generated, we will endeavour to indicate this clearly on the relevant product page. If you receive a product that materially differs from its description (as distinct from its AI-Generated Image), your rights are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

3.1 By placing an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product(s) at the price and on the terms displayed at the time of ordering. An order is not accepted until Inanna confirms acceptance in writing (including by email).

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where: a product is unavailable or out of stock; we are unable to process your payment; we have reason to believe the order has been placed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms; or we are unable to deliver to your location.

3.3 In the event that we cancel or amend your order, we will endeavour to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of ordering, and any payment already received will be refunded in full within a reasonable timeframe.

3.4 Please review your order carefully before submission. Once an order has been confirmed, amendment or cancellation may not be possible. Any returns or exchanges following delivery are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

3.5 You represent and warrant that purchases made through our Services are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1 All prices displayed on our Website are inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 The price charged for a product will be the price confirmed in your order confirmation email. In the case of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4.3 Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include international shipping charges, customs duties, or import taxes, which (where applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please refer to Section 5 for further details.

4.4 We accept payment via the methods displayed on our Website at the time of checkout. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. and/or our other appointed third-party payment processors. Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to Stripe's own terms and conditions and privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/legal. You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is accurate and complete; (ii) you are duly authorised to use the relevant payment method; and (iii) any charges incurred will be duly honoured by your payment provider.

4.5 Full payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted and dispatched.

4.6 We may offer promotions, discount codes, or special pricing from time to time. Such offers are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms of Service, these Terms of Service shall prevail, save that where the promotion terms expressly modify the applicable price, discount amount, or eligible products, those specific promotional terms shall take precedence over Section 4 only.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 We will endeavour to dispatch orders within the timeframes indicated on our Website or in your order confirmation. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.2 Inanna is not liable for delays caused by courier or logistics providers, customs processing, or any event beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action or restriction, industrial action or strikes, fire, flood, or failure of telecommunications or infrastructure (each, a "Force Majeure Event"). Where a Force Majeure Event prevents or delays the fulfilment of any order, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as practicable and to resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

5.3 Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Title to products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

5.4 For international orders, you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable import regulations and for payment of any customs duties or import taxes levied by the relevant authorities.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service and is available on our Website. By way of summary, and subject to the full terms of that policy, eligible items may generally be returned within the timeframe specified in the Returns & Exchanges Policy, provided they meet the applicable conditions set out therein. Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Exchanges Policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations.

7.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property comprised in or made available through our Services — including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, brand identifiers, text, images, photographs, graphics, video, audio, product descriptions, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by or licensed to Inanna and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 These Terms of Service permit you to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, download, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or transmit any content or material from our Services without our prior written consent.

7.3 The Inanna name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of Inanna General Trading LLC - SP. You must not use any such trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of Shopify Inc. and are subject to Shopify's own terms.

7.4 All rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Service are reserved by Inanna.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

8.1 Our Website may contain links to, or functionality provided by, third-party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Inanna of any third-party website or its content.

8.2 We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party website. If you choose to access a third-party website via a link on our Website, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that website.

8.3 Complaints, claims, or concerns relating to third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.

SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY PLATFORM

9.1 Our Website is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our Website are made directly with Inanna General Trading LLC - SP. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and Inanna.

9.2 By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale or purchase between you and Inanna, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from or relating to any product or service purchased through our Website.

9.3 You hereby expressly release Shopify Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, damages, and liabilities of every kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your transactions with Inanna through the Website.

9.4 Your use of the Shopify-hosted platform may be subject to Shopify's own terms of service and acceptable use policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

All personal data collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Website and forms part of these Terms of Service. As our Website is hosted on the Shopify platform, certain personal data may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. Payment data submitted through our Website is processed by Stripe, Inc. and may be subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the relevant privacy policies. SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

11.1 If you submit, upload, or otherwise transmit any Feedback to us, you grant Inanna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Feedback in any medium for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting our Services. This licence shall continue for so long as is reasonably necessary for those purposes and shall terminate upon your written request for deletion of your Feedback, except to the extent that Inanna has already used or published such Feedback in a manner that cannot practicably be reversed.

11.2 You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights in respect of any Feedback you submit; (ii) your Feedback does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; and (iii) your Feedback does not contain any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

11.3 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor, edit, or remove any Feedback that we determine to be in breach of these Terms of Service or otherwise inappropriate.

11.4 We are not obliged to maintain any Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for any Feedback, or respond to any Feedback submitted.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We endeavour to ensure that all information published on our Website is accurate. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur in relation to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to amend or cancel affected orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Where an order is cancelled as a result of an error, any payment received will be refunded in full.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

13.1 You may access and use our Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our Services:

(a) for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;

(b) in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or code of practice in any jurisdiction;

(d) to harass, harm, threaten, defame, or otherwise act in a manner that is harmful or objectionable towards any person;

(e) to transmit false, misleading, or unsolicited communications;

(f) to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;

(g) to upload, transmit, or introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code; or

(h) to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits the use or enjoyment of our Services by others.

13.2 You must not use any automated tool, script, robot, spider, scraper, or similar means — whether AI-powered or otherwise — to access, collect data from, or interact with our Services without our prior written consent. Where you use, enable, or deploy any automated software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf in connection with our Services, the requirements of Section 14 (Automated Agents) shall also apply. Use of our Services is also subject to Shopify's acceptable use policy.

13.3 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated this Section or any other provision of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 14 — AUTOMATED AGENTS

14.1 This Section applies where you use, enable, or cause the deployment of any automated software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf in accessing or interacting with our Services (an "Agent").

14.2 No Agent may access or interact with our Services unless it at all times: (i) identifies itself as an Agent in all HTTP/HTTPS requests; (ii) does not mimic human behaviour, circumvent CAPTCHAs, or otherwise conceal its automated nature; (iii) responds truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine whether interactions are from a human or automated source; and (iv) complies with all applicable technical access controls and restrictions imposed by Inanna.

14.3 We reserve the right to implement technical or other measures to limit or prevent access by Agents at our discretion.

SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our Services and all products offered through them are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15.2 We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure in the availability of our Services arising from circumstances relating to the Shopify platform or Shopify's own infrastructure.

15.3 Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any mandatory rights or warranties that you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, which shall prevail to the extent of any conflict.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inanna, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind — including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or any product purchased through them, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

16.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall have no liability whatsoever to you arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or any transaction between you and Inanna.

16.3 Inanna's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

16.4 Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes Inanna's liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) any rights or remedies available to consumers under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, including the right to repair, replacement, or refund in respect of defective goods or services; or (iv) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inanna and Shopify Inc. and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your breach of these Terms of Service; (ii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (iii) your access to or use of our Services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

We will notify you promptly of any claim for which we seek indemnification and will cooperate reasonably in the defence of such claim. We reserve the right to assume control of the defence at our discretion, provided that we will not settle any claim that imposes obligations on you without your prior consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).

SECTION 18 — TERMINATION

18.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, in whole or in part, at any time, upon providing reasonable prior notice where practicable. We may terminate or suspend your access without prior notice where we reasonably determine that: (i) you have materially breached these Terms of Service; (ii) such action is required by applicable law or the order of a competent authority; or (iii) continued access poses a security or legal risk to Inanna, other users, or third parties. Termination or suspension shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination or suspension.

18.2 Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive shall continue in full force and effect, including (without limitation) Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Shopify Platform), 10 (Privacy), 11 (Feedback), 14 (Automated Agents), 15 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 16 (Limitation of Liability), 17 (Indemnification), 19 (Severability), 20 (Waiver and Entire Agreement), 22 (Assignment), and 23 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution).

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remainder of these Terms of Service shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

20.1 Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

20.2 These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inanna with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

20.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, and solely with respect to any dispute or transaction that does not involve a consumer, no ambiguity in these Terms of Service shall be construed against Inanna solely on the basis that Inanna is the drafting party.

SECTION 21 — HEADINGS

Section headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 22 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment without such consent shall be null and void. Inanna may assign or transfer these Terms of Service, or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, at any time without notice to or consent from you.

SECTION 23 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

23.1 These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

23.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date on which written notice of the dispute is given by one party to the other.

23.3 If the dispute is not resolved within such thirty (30)-day period (or such longer period as the parties may agree in writing), it shall be finally resolved by the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, to whose exclusive jurisdiction the parties hereby irrevocably submit.

23.4 Nothing in this Section limits Inanna's right to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Where we make material changes, we will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' prior notice by posting a prominent notice on our Website or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Any updated version will be posted on our Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after the expiry of the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using our Services before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

SECTION 25 — GOVERNING LANGUAGE

These Terms of Service are made available in the English language. To the extent that a version is made available in Arabic or any other language, the English language version shall govern and prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between versions, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory rights you may have under UAE law to receive information or documentation in Arabic.
